Safir Wazed is the Co-Founder and CEO of Tea for Streets (TFS Live LLC), a civic-tech platform modernizing how communities report and resolve infrastructure issues. With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of urban development, technology, and public service, he has led the delivery of more than $2B in capital projects and overseen initiatives that improved infrastructure in 480+ cities across North America.

In addition to his infrastructure and consulting background, Safir has spearheaded the launch of Tea for Streets’ MVP, compressing 6–10 months of typical seed-stage progress into just 7 weeks while structuring a $195M+ total addressable market in Los Angeles. He brings deep expertise in systems thinking, data-driven leadership, and sustainable growth strategies, and currently serves as a Reserve Engineer in the U.S. Air Force, leading teams and advancing technical training.
